Terms of Use

Mobiily ("Mobiily", "we") is a brand operated by Telrics Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms govern your use of the mobiily.com website and services. By using the service you accept these Terms.

1. Scope of service

Mobiily does not operate its own mobile network; it resells global eSIM data plans as an API reseller over a wholesale aggregator's infrastructure, renews them (top-up) and offers them to business partners (B2B). Coverage, speed and network access depend on your chosen plan, the supplier and the local operator in the country you visit, and are not guaranteed by us.

2. Third-party network and supplier dependency

The service is delivered over third-party mobile operators' networks and an eSIM wholesaler's infrastructure. Network outages, operator restrictions, country regulations or supplier failures may affect the service. We are not liable for such third-party interruptions beyond our control; however, our refund policy applies to an order that could not be provisioned (see /legal/refund).

3. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

"Unlimited" or high-quota plans are subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) set by the supplier and local operator. Beyond the fair-use threshold, speed may be throttled or certain usage types (e.g. permanent hotspot/tethering, P2P) may be restricted. Applicable FUP limits are shown in the plan details.

4. Account and orders

You must provide accurate, current information (especially your email) when ordering. eSIMs are delivered digitally as a QR code / activation details after purchase. You are responsible for the security of your account and access credentials.

5. Device compatibility — user responsibility

An eSIM works only on eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked devices. Checking that your device is compatible before purchase is your responsibility. Plans that cannot be installed due to an incompatible or locked device are subject to the exceptions in our refund policy.

6. Price, currency and taxes

Prices apply in the currency shown at payment (e.g. USD/EUR/TRY) and as stated tax-inclusive/exclusive. Applicable taxes and duties are reflected per law. We may update prices with prior notice; the price of your confirmed order does not change.

7. Payment

Payments are taken via our payment provider and merchant of record Paddle (credit/debit card) and, where offered, crypto payment providers. Mobiily does not store your card details.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

eSIM plans are digital content/services whose performance begins on installation/activation; they are therefore subject to the withdrawal-right exception in applicable law. For details and your refund right for an uninstalled plan, see /legal/refund.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam, fraud, network abuse or infringing third-party rights. Breach of these Terms may lead to suspension of your account.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobiily does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, a specific speed or an uninterrupted connection, and is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. This does not remove a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.

11. Intellectual property

The Mobiily brand, logo, content and software belong to Telrics Limited and may not be used without permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence. Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform and their local consumer authorities.
