Data we collect

  • Order/contact: email address (for receipt, delivery and support).
  • Payment: card/payment details are processed directly by our payment provider Paddle; Mobiily does not store your card number.
  • eSIM usage metrics: ICCID, data consumption, plan status (to operate the service).
  • Technical data: IP address and basic device/session information for fraud prevention and service security.
  • Preference data: your language (locale) and currency choice, and any partner/affiliate attribution (via cookies).

Purpose and legal basis

  • Performance of a contract (UK/EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): fulfilling your order, provisioning and renewing eSIMs, customer support.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): accounting, tax and retention obligations.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): fraud prevention, security and service improvement.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): only for marketing messages and non-essential cookies.

Sharing / transfers

Your data is shared only as needed to deliver the service, with the payment provider (Paddle) and the eSIM supplier (wholesaler). As these providers are located abroad, an international transfer takes place, carried out under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses / adequacy). We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as the processing purpose and applicable law (e.g. accounting/tax) require, then deleted or anonymized.

Marketing messages

Commercial electronic messages (email/SMS) are sent only with your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via the link in the message or through /contact.
